Good day people.

My crs score is 446 which is lower than the current cut-off. Hence, I am planning to study in Canada aiming for a 1yr Masters or a 2yr PG Diploma, to increase my chances and get PR. My main aim is to get PR.

But reading all the threads lately, I am skeptical about my study visa approval, as it would seem obvious to the VO that:
- I am trying to stay in Canada after studies
- I have some similar subjects of study in any Management course I select in Canada

My profile:
MBA in Marketing and Operations (WES assessed this as diploma only) :(
BSc in Physics
1.5yr experience in Marketing
IELTS General: 8 (3 points below the golden score for top crs score)
IELTS Academic: about to write
Unmarried

The courses I think I am eligible for:

MastersGlobal ManagementRoyal Roads UniversityVictoriaBritish Columbia1yr
Graduate CertificateSupply Chain ManagementCape Breton UniversitySydneyNova Scotia2yrs
MastersProfessional CommunicationRyerson UniversityTorontoOntario1yr
MastersIndustrial RelationsQueens UniversityKingstonOntario1yr
MastersManagementUniversity of WindsorWindsorOntario2yrs
Graduate CertificateBusiness Insights and AnalyticsHumber CollegeTorontoOntario2yrs

I would appreciate the experts' opinion on whether:
- I can get study visa approval
- If yes, should I go for above courses or any other do you have in mind that I should go for better approval chances.

Thanks.

Best,
Aravind.

Ok got it. Will they're be scenario where VO rejects the application saying 'course not related to work experience I had', as I had only marketing experience not supply chain exp (operations)

Take french course for 6 months in your home country and appear for TEF exam. Hopefully, it will boost your overall score for express entry.

I thought it'd take at least 2yrs for people to talk something in a foreign language, when it is learned in a classroom environment. Will 6mos classes make any difference? Do you know someone who did this, like how many points they were able increase in crs

The google sheet is helpful, but how do you know that some universities are scam? I had a course shortlisted in Crandall University, changed my mind with it. Crandall is marked as spam in your list.
It isnt scam in that they are literally stealing your money but it is a scam in that the degree you get from the institution is worthless.

Same!

My CRS score is around 400 which is quite low.

My professional profile
1.5-year experience in the marketing domain. Plus 6 academic internships in Marketing as well.
Completed PGDM in healthcare management from Welingkar Institute of Management, Mumbai - CGPA of 9.4/10
Completed BBA in healthcare administration from DY Patil University, Navi Mumbai - CGPA of 6.4/7
12th - 55%
10th - 75%

Apart from this, I am also a Freelance Graphic Designer having a year of experience handling and doing work for International Clients in Sports Media and Branding verticals.

Now, even I am confused, should I take up another diploma course in Business Analytics or Digital Media Marketing from reputed colleges or go for the master's program? Keeping in mind Masters are hell expensive.

What's your take on this?
