Need a quick inputs on Last name

Hi All,

While entering Immediate family details in eAPR application, I see both first and last name are mandatory fields. The problem is my wife's younger sister official name "Chaitanya" is only one word which is her given name on passport. No surname used by her. How I should fill in first and last name field? Any LOE is required?

Thanks for your response. I already checked this link, this looks like for paper based application. In eAPR online application, I cannot proceed without giving First name or last name as blank both are mandatory fields.

If you do not have a family name on your passport, travel or identity document, enter all your given name(s) in the surname field and leave the given name field blank.

Enter the name as it appears in the passport in both the Given name as well as last name.
