I would appreciate it if anyone can help me. I have been working since 2011 - Present. Meanwhile, I did Masters from Distance in 2018 and got ECA approved as Canadian Masters Equivalent. However, my question does SNIP accepts this as Masters or they accept education only prior to work experience.

they will as ECA is done just try it let them decide you submit from your side..or directly write in SINP and they will reply you....

Guys please suggest is it really mandatory to show government supported document?

My first job was paid in cash. It was not taxable and my employer didn't opt for EOBI. How in this case i will show a government supported document?

My 2nd and 3rd jobs were paid in bank and i can have EOBI government supported document.

print pay slip and take stamp of employer...may be you are not in tax slab but salary slip generate ans take sign stamp...they have data for your cash payment. and let them shows payment mode in cash in salary slips

For Cash, it should not be a salary slip it should be a payment voucher. Salary slips correspond to bank transfers salaries

But sinp insists on providing a government supported document. Else it looks dubious to them

As per my view its not necessary real thing is payment should be done...even if employer write on paper and give then also OK and if income tax return submitted then that copy is also proof.
