What's your opinion about issuance of PPR in AUG 2020

They said the capacity has been increased or even back to normal, but the result of PPR issuances from "immitracker" keeps being disappointed again and again. What exact is it happening? I really do not want to wait until next year to get it done. Oh god, please tell me it's gonna be alright.

From March 15 there are CEC draws. And recently only 2 FSW draws.
Service Canada is closed from March so no biometrics option for inland applicants.

COPR from March are waiting bcoz of biometrics.

I was about to post this exact question. I really don’t know what’s going on and what the pause of issuance of PPR’s are tied to right now. Some say it’s related to the Canadian travel restriction globally and others say the pause it’s tied to the Canada-U.S travel ban and that once that’s lifted they will start issuing PPR’s and COPR’s again. Which for now the travel ban is set to expire September 21 but has been consistently being extended and I honestly think it will be extended again. This is so frustrating, I wish there was some sort of date that they would announce of when they will start issuing PPR’s again

I don’t understand the relation between travel ban and PPR. Till feb AOR got their PPR normally the issue started from March . From March all the draws are CEC and PNP. From March nobody got their PPR because they didn’t submit biometrics as service Canada is not accepting biometrics.
Even immi tracker says the same.

8th Jan AOR FSW-O, no ppr still waiting. I have seen on other threads that people from Novemer and December are also waiting for their PPRs. I got my notes recently and everything has been passed and application is ready for approval. My lawyer told me once the bans are lifted, PPRs will be issued. So i hope somewhere around October-November people will start getting their PPRs. Fingers crossed.

Ur case is completely different. Even if u get PPR u can’t come to Canada. U have to wait bcoz of travel restrictions. So no use.
Candidates who are inside Canada from NOV DEC JAN and FEB received PPR. But from March AOR to till date even CEC candidates who are inside Canada also didn’t receive PPR.

My friend is December 2019 AOR, and her GCMS says that her criminality check hasn't even started. I don't think it's due to travel bans at all because I don't see the connection. CoPRs are still allowed to land, as long as they provide a two-week quarantine plan. It might just be that IRCC is short-staffed at the moment.

I’m inland, December AOR and just like thousands of others starting from October AOR I haven’t received PPR. I don’t think it has anything to do with biometrics because I submitted mine back in January and my dependent submitted in June

That’s not true, look at all the NOV DEC JAN and FEB threads barely anyone has received PPR.
