So...to get extra points.....i would need to score B1 in one of the parts....and the others??
suppose your score is 471 for reaching 475 which CRS is roughly 475
you need at least 4 marks , correct ? then , If you obtain 4 skills in B1 level it individually gives you 1 score for each competence/skill
On the other hand , If you able to get just one B2+(NCLC 7) + 1 other B1 you'll be 475
If you get 2 skills B2+ you'll be 471+6

Hi do you mean your courier track showed you your package received on 13 of Jul ?
I wonder if country of education has anything to do with it? I know documents from Europe get processed faster.
My Timeline:
August 18: University Sent E-Transcript
August 18: “We are processing a new package or document for your application.”
August 24: “We are reviewing your documents. Your evaluation is due for completion on 9/21/2020.”
August 25: “Your report is under final review and your evaluation will be sent to your recipient(s).”
Waiting for Final Report now. Initially, my University sent my transcript on August 4 but it listed courses which I am taking for another degree in the coming semester so there was a confusion and delay going back and forth. But once they sent the proper transcript, it was quick.

Yes, country likely does impact processing time:
