Not sure if my biometrics are approved yet

Hi

I applied online on July 23rd, did my biometrics on Aug 9th. The biometrics enrollment is stated in my application Aug 9 2020 / expiry date Aug 8 2030
However, since the day I applied the “current status” of my application was ‘action is required’ until today, it’s now ‘submitted’ but when I enter my application and see the list with the question marks, it says under the biometrics section that we still didn’t receive your bios.

So what is the deal if anybody knows ?

and another question, I see lots of people here in this forum anxious and stressed about not getting the AIP in time, but didn’t the IRCC say that if you applied before 15 Sep your studies will be counted towards PGWP regardless when you will receive the AIP? Or am I missing something here ?

pgwp is only crrtain if you are granted study permit(AIP to start with)

And the deadline for obtaining it is 15 Sep ? Or my semester beginning (1 Sep) ?
