You are right. but I have provided all of documents , accurate reasons and SOP for future plans . still they are refusing application.

30 days in avarage but would be as late as 1.5 months. Also, there are people who received their notes in 15 days.

Your future plan is to manage your family business in India so I hope you had clearly mentioned in sop that even after doing master what made you feel that you need to get an additional post graduate diploma from canada and how it would help to make a progression in your business and career

This is a graduate certificate if I'm not mistaken. If so, it makes sense you were refused. If you have a masters already, then you need to be taking a post graduate diploma in Canada at a minimum.

Ontario Graduate Certificate usually requires the completion of a bachelor's degree whereas a diploma may not. I've not heard of a post graduate diploma being offered in Canada.

PG is used by many students to immigrate. Lambton is not a reputable college. With your educational and professional background as well as weak IELTS it is easy to see why officer thought you will not return.

First opt for MBA .. second chose Atlantic provinces... Third improve ur IELTS and lodge under SDS..if fee is issue than go for University Canada west in British Columbia for MBA ...it's private university but offers pgwp eligible MBA..SO best of luck

They are quite fast and the cheapest one you can find online. They've got good reviews too on FB and all.
I had applied for my GCMS Notes on August 4th and got it on August 20th (16 days). I say this is pretty fast.

This was written in the notes : Positive stage 1 preliminary eligibility assessment letter sent to client.
And I had got my AIP on August 14th.

hello, my canada visa refused (4th time) because of these two reasons :

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing mark sheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, financial ability, and/or your future prospects and plans.

but I have provided all necessary documents carefully, What can we do if the IRCC gives us this random/ inaccurate decision as these is 4th time rejection.

From where you got the refusal mail.is it from Ottawa?
