That is unfortunate. I hope they can at least send out AIPs to the applicants whose files are stuck.

I applied on 4th March. Biometric on 9th March. Medical passed on 22nd June. Send new LOA via web form on Aug 7th. No update after that.

I believe all Indian files are examined in Indian Delhi embassy. So, shoot a mail for faster processing stating
I have limited time to report for approval to university/college. And also state them , the long wait is making worrisome.(with complete Application Name, UCI, Date of Birth, and application no.), this would certainly help, I did the same and got result within a week, I got approval.

PS: shooting a mail will certain not kill you or immigration officer:p, rather then anxiously waiting, surfing in CanadaVisa forum, waste time, wouldnot culminate any thing; take action.

I've sent them 3 web forms but I get hit with same automated reply back about how Covid is affecting the processing and delays are to be expected. And are you sure "All Indian files" are at Delhi? Because when I applied, the VAC said my file was going to the Bangalore IRCC center.
