Yea but I called twice last week and once today and it sounds all the same. Do they stop taking phone calls ?
I think it happens due to the volume of the calls. Try calling them at around 9 AM Eastern Time to avoid this.

They work until 9pm? I read on the website they are only available from 8am to 4pm?
Sorry, that was a typo. I meant to type 9 AM. Edit: As per the phone line, they work from 9 AM to 5 PM nowadays.

Checked with an agent just a few minutes ago. Apparently, they have my medicals on the file and the CPC (Sydney in my case) will eventually disclose the outcome of it. I hope it's nothing serious. As I said, it feels really weird to have an ADR without any update on medicals or BIL.
Can you please share the phone number?

Its very confusing the way that the IRCC process the applications.
AoR, CEC, June 26 and no update yet on med or bil.
However, on myiimitracker, I could see that 29th June AoRs are getting med results and bils.
Is here anyone else whose AoR is 26th June or before waiting for med and bil updates?

That's why they asked for the form then. They ask for family members including parents and siblings in the application, since you forgot to give the info, they asked for the form.
Interesting. Which part of the e-APR do they ask for it? I do not ever remember seeing a section where it asked for the details of my family members. IRCC's definition of family members does not include my parents or my siblings - just a common-law partner/spouse and/or dependent children which I don't have yet.

IRCC considers your partner and children your immediate family but while completing eapr application there was a section where we were required to fill in detail of our parents and siblings as well (I think under personal history section). Detail included their name, date of birth etc. This is done so that IRCC can have some record of them because you might sponser them through family sponserhip program later.

I am not an expert but I think because you forgot to do that they sent you that form. This might have caught their attention during R10 check. You are right that additional document request before medical cleared is not common but some applicants do get it. Your past surgeries shouldn't be a big deal as long as any of your current health problems don't cost Canada too much in future. Try not to worry too much.

Here's the exact text from e-apr:

Please tell us about *** **'s immediate family members that have not been identified in the application.

This includes any parent, any spouse or common-law partner, any child including adult children, and any brothers or sisters. If the relative is deceased, provide the date of death.
---
Now you should not worry about it, I think it's common for people to miss this and that's why they sent you that form, to collect this information.

Thanks for your kind words. My bad! I think I got lucky as they did not cancel the application due to this. I will be patient and wait for a few more days. Going through this forum, people who got ADRs before MEDs usually got their MED results and BIL in the next two days or within a week. I hope my marginal obesity does not cost Canada too much in the future :) (Thanks to the BMI scale which does not take your muscle mass into account). P.S: I agree I am terrible at making light of this situation, but sincerely thanks!

Thanks for putting the exact text here. I kinda remember this, this is most likely an oversight on my end. I can certainly say that I did not include this information on my e-APR. I guess I should be thankful to the case analysts/agents that they decided to send this ADR instead of cancelling the application right away due to it being incomplete, which they could have done very easily.

Update, my friends!

I passed MEDs and received a BIL for my PR application just a few minutes ago (on August 20, 2020). They are reviewing my additional documents but like other members suggested, they requested it because I did not identify my non accompanying family members on the e-APR. I am starting to have some faith in process. Fingers crossed. I really hope to pass eligibility in the next few days. April and May AORs passed their eligibility review within a month after receiving BIL. I wish the best for all of you folks.

My timeline so far:

AOR: June 27, 2020
ADR (for IMM5406): August 18, 2020
ADR Submission: August 18, 2020
MEDs passed and BIL: August 20, 2020
Review of ADR: August 20, 2020
