What do i do after i recieve open work permit?

My OWP was approved on August 11,2020.
I am living in langley, BC.
They dont really send you any "next step" guide after you recieve your OWP so any guidance is helpful.
I may have gotten a job, but im scheduling a training week still. Do i need to get a SIN?
I am also wondering if anyone knows if i need to get a new license right away/change my car registration over(its currently registered in WA) immediately- Or does this happen with my PR?

SIN= yes
Your drivers license / car registration import/export is in no way connected to you getting PR
And you received a OWP which is not PR, you’re jumping ahead of the game
And they won’t give you a “ next step “ guide since everyone’s situation is different.
Expectation is, is that if you’re applying to either work and or live in the country , you’d be able to research the next steps, since drivers license is a provincial responsibility, not federal
Importing your car is CBSA, registering it is provincial
