From the stand point of the VO you are changing you field. You definitely need a very strong SOP. You should have picked up a small course(about 6 months) in IT based on your degree and then completed your course and apply for pilot training. Anyways I would advise you to not change your course at any cost rather keep your fingers crossed and keep trying. People have received their approval even after 5 rejections. All the best.
