Hi Guyz,

I have received a refusal from cic stating that they are not convinced that I will leave Canada after my course, and my previous study do not match with my current study program i.e.( Pilot training) , I am an IT grad looking to get my pilot training done in Canada , any inputs and suggestions , I have done my Ground classes in India already and Pilot license exams and all the related medical exams , explained all the related stuff and the main reason of my change of field , what else can I put in to convince the VO , I approached one of the visa agents , he is suggesting to change my field to IT related course and apply, but that could make things worst for me , as the IRCC may feel that I am trying to enter Canada by hook or crook, it will put a bad impression on the officers Guyz any input , any suggestion is Welcome , I have the last chance to retry it final time, I waited for this decision for 8 long months .

Thanks

Without any delay order GCMS notes. Now
Yes Done.., I don't know how long will it take, in May I had applied for caips , received after more than two months of time, recently came to know fast track application processing, AIP's are released to only applicants who are submitting till September, don't know exactly what's to be done for my case , kindly suggest should I go with the notice I got with the refusal or wait for Caips..!!

why could you not complete your pilot training in India, but need to go to Canada for that?
For very obvious reason , I can't get a job immediately after investment in lakhs of training in India, In Canada we are having multiple opportunities to log our hours along with experience of all kinds of weathers , and Canadian Pilot license is world renowned license, main reason is that I can log hours by teaching other students or doing multiple other pilot related jobs which helps me log my hours which are steps to reach my pilot seat , which is quite difficult in India , with all the costs , and the way flying schools operate in India.

So, you were correctly refused for your study permit application.

After 8 months! That’s so frustrating! I also got rejected in July for the purpose of the visit.

i also got refused in july for this reason
content of program overlap or fall below studies
proposed program does not adequately demonstrate logical progression of studies...

From the stand point of the VO you are changing you field. You definitely need a very strong SOP. You should have picked up a small course(about 6 months) in IT based on your degree and then completed your course and apply for pilot training. Anyways I would advise you to not change your course at any cost rather keep your fingers crossed and keep trying. People have received their approval even after 5 rejections. All the best. Hope you get a successful response. Stay Strong and keep on pushing.
