what time at 20 Jul your package was received ?

The packages were received at 11:00 on July 20th, signed on by MR AHMID

On Aug 10th the documents were acknowledged and status changed to 'We are processing a new package or documents'.
then Aug 16th status changed to 'your evaluation is in progress'
