Yes you can, get form IMM5744E filled by him, you sign it and send him back, ask him to send over CIC for ATIP

As biometrics centers are not open in India.

I have applied for VISA on 20 july, yes i had waited for all that so much infact am waiting right now also for the biometrics centers to get reopen.
I am having Jan intake.
