Second Attempt with GCMS

- My application is for Fall Semester
- MyCIC did not change since applied. Every lines are the same as of now.
- I did not get AIP email yet. GCMS received today. Few interesting things:

> Main office changed from Edmonton to Ottawa
> Secondary office changed from Ottawa to Edmonton
> Eligibility changed from Review Required to Recommend Interview
> Work Permit Section & WP Fee now added vs. Never existed in the GCMS of First attempt
> Added LOA through Webform >> Officer at Ottawa commented did not affect review /approvals

just to share :)

Why did you submit your LOA in a webform? Is your original intake for may or your deferring for the coming january 2021 intake?

Also did you apply thru SDS? And from what country did you apply?

Nope, it's kind of a status that can lead to "interview required" or just "passed". Currently, Idk about that; let's see how they handle it later on.

Webform. I applied on Aug 1.

You still haven’t received your AIP? What are they doing??

Same here MAn, Though later i got AIP

Does this mean that folks with study permit applications processed from Ottawa are not getting their AIP mails even after passing their eligibility?

Could this explain the disparity that many applications from Feb, March, April, May haven’t received AIPs because their files were processed in Ottawa?

Something to ponder upon
