Please update if you were successful in this. I had my MP office contact them on my behalf to ask them to forward my file and the response was not pleasant. I hope you have better luck.

My MP said oh you have till next feb. you have no need to worry. Actually it wasn’t even the MP themselves, more one of their representatives. But at least their demeanor was quite polite, which I appreciated.
I wonder if you raise a webform, do they get mad and put you in the bottom again. I hope not.
This is the response I would like to read from ircc tomorrow:
"Dear Phalos, thank you so much for contacting us via webform, we are doing everything we can to process everybody's application without further delay. In fact, we have located your application and are forwarding it expeditiously to London Visa Office for final processing stage as I write this letter to you. We apologize profusely for the long delay that has unquestionably impacted you and other applicants in a negative manner. We are determined to finalize all applications by the advertised 12 month mark as seen in your GCkey tracker. Thank you again and please feel free to raise as many webforms as you like, we would be more than happy to oblige and update you on your progress."

Yes my husband did...he had a word with ircc agent thrice.
And they have a similar answer everytime.
i have completed my SA, Bio and medical yet waiting to get my file move to visa office its been stuck in nova scotia.
I don't think they are working on this year's applicants, all the persons that I see getting updates are last year applicant. Guess we just have to wait our turn and with this pandemic, there is no telling how long it's going to be we just have to hope for the best
But you got your biometrics and medical both lucky you hope you and us all get some news as soon as possible
Since 17th feb your file wasnt stuck as ours. We didnt get even an AOR1 its 7 months now
Phone agents cannot help in processing, unfortunately. Better use webform, at least an Agent is replying.
