I need you advise on below.

Have you ever been refused Visa or Permit , denied entry or ordered to leave Canada or any other country or territory ?

To background a little bit.
I am on work permit, ICT visa. Previously I was in US, my extension petition I-129 applied by Employer for H1B visa was denied. After that my company applied for Canada visa . At the time, when I was looking in the forums, some have suggested that since it was petition neither work permit nor Visa it should declared as NO. Now in my extension, I have given as NO , which is in progress now.

An immigration consultant explained that this should be give yes for transparency and after doing extensive research on forums , Google etc . I am really getting nauseous about this question. Could be please guide as what needs to be done, I have already raised this concern with my employer, Need you guidance as well. Thank you

It seems by “New Value” something is erased…. But they made a little mistake.
In my opinion it says “Passed”

Any comments on this? Our security is actually Passed already?

Also, we have 3 secondary offices:

Which is our current VO?
Any idea on where our application stands at this moment?

Your eligibility is passed and your security is most likely passed or in progress. Since the security related info is redacted, it is difficult ti decipher the exact status, unless you have the CBSA and CSIS notes.

Given that IRCC is not seeing any PPRs, it could very well be that your security is passed and after the final review you will receive the PPR.

The VO does not matter. Just read any of my monthly threads.

You have to answer yes and in the space below explain this. It has no bearing on your application as long as you are truthful. Failure to disclose can lead to misrepresentation.

It will have to no issues. Since your are from a visa exempt country, you need not worry as your COPR will be issued by email and that is all that you need to travel.

Not required. Only when you change your country of residence, you have to provide a new address. If you are going for a short visit, no need.

Also, I need to send a letter of explanation and an additional document ( job offer letter without LMIA). Is there an AINP PNP email address I can send this to or should I Fedex the documents?

The processing has considerably slowed down since March. If you have submitted all your documents, then you will have to wait.

You can use the contact form on the AINP website to enquire.

To submit additional documents, you will have to mail them.

The applications are being processed. Only that IRCC is not sending out any PPR, for which you will have to wait. The final review is done right before the the PPR.

You can surely send the webform and ask.

Yes, you should.

All IRCC wants to know if your intent to travel, the reason to travel and how you sponsored your travels.

If you you travelled with your family, you can state that and provide some documents such as tickets etc. If it was financed by your family, then you can state so. Also, if you have any hotel reservations, your reason for stay there etc. just elaborate it.

2) Why you chose to stay is asking for your intent, and the time period is asking for why this long? as in if you went through a tour company, you can state that the tour was for 15 days etc.

If no form is asked, you do not need to submit it. However, if it makes it easier for you to list the travels in the form and explain them, you can.

The request is only for the individual for whom the letter is addressed to.

Thanks a lot sir, should i add passport stamps of my travel during the last 10 years. I did not add the passport stamps scan at the time of submission as all my stamps were in the expired passports and valid passport does not have travel stamp.
