Just a small question, is the medical request received via email or mail ?
Also does having a representative change how one receives the medical request?
My status is expiring end of year and Im hoping I dont have to renew my study permit since Im a mid November applicant. Getting pretty anxious

Medical request comes by email to the email provided by your representative on your application. Keep checking your ECAS and it should update to a message that says medical instructions were sent, so when you see that contact your representative to keep an eye out on the email and junk mailbox for the instruction letter so you can get them done asap

Email if you provided an email address in your application. You will be emailed a link to the letter (Medical request) in your GC Key, which can be downloaded and printed if needed.
Yes, I don't have a representative, but I assume that if they normally have permissions to receive communications on your behalf, they would get the notification via email (someone please correct me if I'm wrong).

I created an account at GC key but did not find any applications. I tried to search and link this ongoing family sponsorship one, but it shows " found nothing". is this because I use my lawyer to send the application? is there any step by step instruction to tell. thanks to all!

In my case I had to put 2 in the number of applicants, although I'm sponsoring only my wife. An agent from IRCC gave me this tip.

Hard to get a doctor's appointment, most are fully book till September. Hope immigration would understand if we can't make it in their 30days allotted time.
