Hi i just realised that some of the documents that i attached in my client information file had some kind of glitch and because of that text in those documents look's blurred (must have happened while I merged all the PDFs). So, is it possible to replace that file completely via webform and what are the chances that it will create a negative impact on my study permit application please help

If you think it is a big issue then you may need to withdraw your application. Webforms have been known to be ineffective in updating applications but if it is a small issue then yes you can use the webform feature. No it won't negatively affect your application

I have uploaded 4 years income tax return and out of these four one looks a little different because of font issue and words overlapping other than this everything is fine. I don't want to withdraw my application since fall intake is only 15 days away and my classes will begin from 8th of September.

You can attach the entire document and upload through webform, if the file size is less than 2MB. I will suggest you to upload just the bad page and write an explanation in the webform. And this should not affect your eligibility assessment in any way (i.e. no need to withdraw).

Just an opinion.

I had applied with an expired IELTS, received new IELTS results a month after applying for my study permit, and then sent the new result via WebForm.

Received this reply in 4 days:

We are pleased to confirm the reception of the following document:

  • IELTS
We have forwarded it to the responsible office for their consideration.

If further information is needed during the processing of your application, the responsible office may contact you.
So I guess you should go with what @Th3_Future suggested in his comment above.

I guess they will replace the previous document with the new one that you'll send.
No, they keep both for the record. Nothing is replaced, it just adds up in the application.

Yes they will consider it.
Just uploaded the replacement document with the same name so that visa officer will know that it's a updated document. Apart from this how much time it can take to file to be updated in my portal.
