My consultant said that I can change job and my PR file will be on going. Just my New job offer letter has to be according the provincial terms and conditions.

I think you can't apply for bowp if you have employment restriction in your nomination and coz of this covid 19 situation we don't know how long it's gonna take to get DM on you P R .Better get opinion from an expert.

Yeah I think so ..but first make sure for everything ask to a good consultant they maybe can help you betterI think I have to give valid reason to change my employer.
