After declined refugee claim return to to home country and after 2 years apply for PR throught experess entry

I came to canada in 2015 on student visa after 3 months applied for refugee status in canda after in 2018 my claim was rejected and come back to home country within 30 days with departure order and also got departure cerificate and conform with immigration officer. Since after 3 years i want apply form manitoba relative pnp experess entry.

Recently for conformation i mailed to immigration officer about my status he told i dont need ARC. i can come back with any program. But i applied for mpnp on relative basis.

My question is.

1. how much percentage chance for approval of my pnp. i disclosed and attached all necessary documents.

You don't need an ARC if you left within 30 days. You also can't quantify "chances" of a successful application. If you meet the requirements of the program you may be approved, and if not then you will not be.

Hello everyone, does any one know if a rejected refugee that apply for appeal, then gets rejected also in the appeal and leave, does he need the ARC? And what about the rejected refugees when they also go for judicial review?

when they asked you to leave Canada, if you don't leave, what will happen? I mean can you disobey and tell them your life will be in danger if you go back?

If his claim was rejected, and all appeals are done , you don’t have a choice
You can be forcibly removed

Yes. If your claim was rejected, appeal was denied and leave was denied then your departure order by now is a deemed deportation order. You will need ARC to return to Canada.

Hi I’m in the same situation
I was a failed refugee, and left canada in sept 2020,
I have a certificate of departure stating departure order, no criminal history, no escort, i got my own tickets n left canada on time, always complied with CBSA.
I got my pnp approval and now my pr application is in process.
i have a valid job offer when i get back.., my employer is helping.
Aor feb 28
Biometric was valid for another 7yrs
Medical request may 10
Medical passed may 26
ADR for PCC,travel history,schedule A on june 16 submitted all those on june 20
Does anyone know when will they ask for ARC fer????
do I actually need ARC then???
How did u contact an officer bcoz i also would like to confirm, if u can let me know how to confirm?
