Eligibility Required

Hey All,
I know there has been many questions on eligibility, but i think am in a situation where i have run out of patience.
I applied for CEC in September 22, 2018, AOR September 22, 2018, Medical passed,
My current status is eligibility required. Can someone please explain what line of action to take.
I have requested for GCMS notes twice, i find out that security NOT STARTED. I have called IRCC
agent several times with the agent telling me nothing or that there is nothing wrong with my application.
It's almost two year now, is there anyone out there with such situation? or if yours took longer than estimated date
can you provide support or what was done. Please and thank you

You can contact the local MP if you are in Canada or call the MP on phone and then email if you are outland. They will follow up with cic on the matter. When my wife's visa was delayed, I sought the help of our local MP and he initiated the query. That boosted up the process and things got sorted out then.

Thanks for your response, am in Canada and i had already contacted the MP just before the pandemic. Now that things are beginning to ease up i will follow up on that.

Thanks, am losing faith, and had run out of patience, no feedback from IRCC, nothings has been requested by IRCC. They have not ask me to provide or explain nothing.

I am really curious for reason of such delay.. do there was any Medical reason which delayed process..
