Distance education evaluation help needed

I have done my distance MBA from INDIA EDUCATION CENTRE (IEC), which is a recognised university by UGC....
Even in wes list it shows like -- INDIA EDUCATION CENTRE, University,distance education
I am confused ...that will wes evaluate my distance education ..... As I am short of finances ...a word of worth advice will be highly appreciated.....

Further did they evaluate 2 year distance mba from iec university as mba only or diploma ? I am also waiting to get my evaluation done for the same.
