regarding course change with in the same college while student permit is under process

Hi, I have applied for MBA and my application is complete and under process for the fall 2020 session. I need to know how to change my course if my visa application is under process. College told me to raise a web form with a new acceptance letter and the reason why I need to change the course.

On ircc website, there is no such information, how to change course while the visa is in pending status. Anyone who has done this before please guide me. I don't want to mess up with my current application.

The course is MBA only, it's MBA global, earlier it was MBA executive and college people are not allowing online class for my current course so they are asking me to change it and ready to give me a new acceptance letter with another letter regarding the reason why I had to change the course so that I can attach both documents while raising a web form.
