Good day everyone.
Please i intend to do my study visa reapplication via paper application to Canada Embassy at Nairobi, Kenya.
So, i just want to if they've started or resumed attending to applicants. And whether there's a time frame for reapplication.. Thanks

I doubt paper application is on at this time. Best option would be online, and the application is done at the VAC, I think somewhere in Westlands, Opposite Safaricom. You can reapply anytime.

Thanks, but my reapplication goes along side with an appeal and other important documents that i won't be able to upload going through an online application. So i thought it best to do paper application. How do i go about this please

You will possibly have to wait until the VAC opens their operations. I doubt they are operating now.
