So my application is complete. Just needed an updated medical exam for my wife and kids. Completed that yesterday and the doctor mixed up my daughters pictures ‍♂️. He put the wrong picture with the wrong daughter. I hope this doesn't create even more delays. This process is just completely ridiculous.

So our application completed a year yesterday since applied, today it says on the gckey :

"Your application is taking us longer than usual to process.

About 20% of our applications are more complex to process. They take us longer due to things like how easily we can verify information, how well and how quickly you answer our requests and whether the application is complete."
Is this a generic message after 1 year hit?
Got me worried now. Gush this is melting me down
Totally generic message. Mine has been like that for 10 months now

yup is.... congrats! my wife will redo the medical there on saturday and then we'll wait of their news in Ottawa as per Mexico statement.

Is what i've received

Good day,

We wanted to inform you that your previous medical results have expired and, unfortunately, we were unable to extend the medical results. You therefore are required to undergo a new medical examination prior to the finalization of your file. We also wanted to inform you that the eligibility decision on your file is completed, and the file has passed to these final admissibility steps. Could you let us know once the medical examination is complete so we can follow-up with our partners at the Migration Health Branch in Ottawa?

That's a total generic response. Mine changed 1 day after the 1 year mark passed and that was 9 months ago.. mine says the exact same message still

yes, so right now they have placed my case at the final admissibility step while the medical are completed then it's gonna be over.

it's gonna be a bit longer , exam can't be done while PA is in the "period" and she just told me the period just happened, had to reschedule medical (as in pee exams are not valid lol bloody) Such a bad luck 2 days before the date of exam ugh haha
So the redo gonna be on 28th around instead... *sigh*

To be valid , the period must be ended since 5 days.. according to the Exam required for Canada.
