Is there anyone who got a ghost update? I got my 2nd ghost update when I checked CIC account today. (I have not checked it for a long time though)

My first ghost update was last November.
(I submitted outside spousal sponsorship in May, 2019)

I am wondering if it is a good sign and if Manila office is working... my ECAS does not have any update though.

Probably absolutely nothing, as you probably know everything is on hold or going very slow. I doubt you will see the expected date of completion being revised because they don't know.

I saw in the FB Group -

people who are getting their passports back from those with PPR and submitted their passports to VFS before lockdown

Some got pre- arrival email/ update in GCkey.

There are also posts about getting ghost updates in the GCKey.

Some got a reply back after months of follow up regarding PFL.

I guess this means, they have started working again.

Anyone here approved na, with CoPR applied inland pero walang nareceive na PPR para sa mga dependents sa Pinas? July 24 nareceive through email yung CoPR.

After DM, gaano katagal sila mag issue ng ppr nitong covid? Meron na ba nag dm last month at hanggang ngayon waiting pa rin ng ppr?

Marami rami nag DM from March pa, pero wala pang PPR e. Pero hoping na bumilis pa ang process nila. Dami backlog, there are April 2019 apps with no updates until now.
