Hello please I need some clarifications.
It is advisable to do medical upfront if you are outside Canada?
Because is like they have their special or specific hospitals which they normally refer applicants to do their medical test there. And I think those people may ask for proof of medical test enquire from IRCC before they can attend to you. I don't know, I just need a clarification

You choose any panel physician from IRCC web page and go with your passport. The clinic gives you an IME number and that's all

I received AOR back in March (March 13th) on Friday, around 10 pm Toronto time. In Nova Scotia it was 11pm. So idk either they handle it somewhere else or there is some kind of “line-up” which is causing “delay” in sending e-mail by their system
