If u hve an application and want to know the details u can apply for gcms. Does not matter if u r an express entry candidate or family sponsorship candidate.
Ircc fee for gcms is indeed 5 dollars. If u get it done from other site it varies. Getgcms is 1000rs and thegcmsonline is 699rs. Idk why ur agent said 100 dollars. Maybe he is charging u his fee along with gcms fee. U don't really need an agent to order gcms. It's quite simple. U just fill ur basic details, sign it and submit it.
If u order from ircc website, u have to give details abt address or phone no.s as such. Frankly I don't know much abt ordering from ircc site. I used thegcmsonline where u can order in rs. And I got my result in 18 days. There's another popular one called getgcms. U can check it out.

If you have family or friend in canada, ask them to apply on your behalf. You just have to send a form of consent and send it to your friend or family member to upload while applying for gcms notes. My case was in similar timelines, I renewed my passport just to be on safer side as PPR's are delayed big time without any clear timelines as of now. Please make sure to raise a webform to update the new passport details immediately you got it renewed.
Hope everything is ok. I had the same webform response few weeks back. Criminality, Eligibility, Security all are-currently valid. I ordered a GCMS notes.will notify here after getting it. thanks for your reply.

It's $5 to obtain the GCMS under the Access to Information Act to make the request one has to be eligible and provide a proof as mentioned below. Third party like your agent mentioned charge a fee over and above $5. You can see the process at https://help.gcmsnotes.com/how-to-order
To prove that you have the right to make a request, you must provide one of the following documents: a copy of your Canadian passport or your permanent resident card, or an official document that demonstrates you are currently living in Canada (i.e. a driver's license, bill with proof of address, work/study/visitor permit, etc). Only one (1) document is required. Your Social Insurance Number (SIN) will not be accepted.
How on earth do people get IRCC on the phone?? I have a job to go to now as a Registered Nurse but my employer is asking when I can arrive. Everything is valid/approved in our application but no COPR issued to outland applicants. I'm beyond annoyed at the moment with the lack of clarity of planning from them. We have an offer on our house to sell it and I don't want to agree to any of it incase we don't get our visas and we're left with nothing. It really isn't good enough. I understand it's a difficult time but surely the must have some sort of plan!

Checked my profile and it says 'Latest update: Review of medical results - August 10, 2020:You passed the medical exam.'
Earlier it used to be January 9, 2020: You passed the medical exam.
My medicals are supposed to expire this month end, does this mean they just extended my medicals? Did anyone receive a similar ghost update?
