Hi all. Got my GCMS notes today. Submitted a request for them 2 weeks ago.
Can someone help me decode this?
Assessments
Eligibility: Passed
Security:
HIRV:
Criminality: In Progress
Org Crime:
Medical: Passed
Misrepresentation:
Info Sharing: In Progress
Other Reqs: Cancelled
Final:
I typed out the above because I can't copy and paste anything from the PDF and don't want to pay for Acrobat. (Any suggestions for copying and pasting PDF text?)
For the other reqs, I was asked for Proof of Work and provided documents. In my notes at the end of the document, I saw the agent say that they are satisfied.
That update came on July 17th.
The document is 148 pages. Where should I be looking for useful information within that?
Thanks!
P.S AoR March 19th, Medical Passed May 12th
You can take screen shots of the notes and paste them here. You can use this website to generate links and place them here. You can also insert images using the tools in the forum.
If the note states that they are satisfied then you need not worry.
Just make sure that your eligibility is passed by an officer. If it is then your eligibility is passed and your security should be in progress.
To see how the note should look like se my previous post at

To read your GCMS notes follow
1. See page 2, this is where the summary of your application is. To read on the stages of an application see
https://bit.ly/3kwN3w3
Based on what you have typed, it seems that your eligibility is passed and your security is in progress.
2. On page 2, if you see security as blank, and you see s15/16 on the top right corner of the page, then your security assessment is redacted under section 15 or 16. To read on section 15 /16 see
https://bit.ly/2F1PrdV
3. Now go to the last 3-7 pages of your notes. This is where the officers enter the details notes. The notes will be numbers and dated. They are from most recent to the oldest.
See your note on eligibility and compare it with my previous post. If you see a note by an officer, then your eligibility is passed.
4. If your security is in progress, then all security related info is redacted from the GCMS notes. To read on how security is done, and the procedure, see

If you have any further questions, ask.
Hope this helps!
