Express Entry Profile Ineligible

Good morning, pls who has experienced this, i submitted my EE profile and got a mail i am ineligible and my CRS score showed 0 I'm suprised bcos i didn't get any score on Work experience, adaptability, education and other criteria... kindly advise as I dont know what to do...

Looks like you ddn't pass the six selection factors which requires at least 67/100.

Okay... does it mean that my CRS score will show 0 because I was trying to enter the pool while I prepare to write another ielts... also I need the code as i qualified for MPNP. can i still create another EE profile?
My ielts score band is 6
Age 35
Job experience 10years plus
Adaptability blood relative in Canada
Education 2 programs with minimum of two years.
Kindly advise as I'm confused...

Age 35 - 12 points
Experience 6years and more- 15 points
Education based on WES Evaluation:
1st Canadian Equivalency Diploma 2years
2nd Canadian Equivalency Diploma 3years and post graduate Certificate 1 year 22points
ILETS ( W 7- Clb 6, S 6.5 - clb 5, L 5 5- Clb 0, R 4.5 - clb 0) total points 11
Adaptability - 5points
Spouse ielts pending
Total points 12+15+22+11+5 = 65points.
Kindly advise if I'm right with my calculation and if spouse ielts will help?

Your points are too low. This is why your profile was rejected. You must have at least 67 points.

improve your IELTS, that will help you get in the pool and with your experience I think you will get ITA easily. Your IELTS are really not impressive (to put it politely).

Did yiu make sure you inclused WES reference number and indicated Canadian equivalency of your degree? If you indicated only your education but did not put WES reference (or another agency), it means you did not procide information about your education, which is a must.
