Hiding information from the visa officer may result in in a 5 year ban from entering Canada and will affect your future temporary permit applications.

IRCC have the resources to verify your information and they have seen thousands of applications. You were refused because the visa officer cannot establish that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay. It is foolish to think they will believe that you are going to travel halfway across the world to one of the most expensive places to live, just to do a 1 year starter course.

Who in the right mind will believe that you will return home after that? It will be such a waste of money and time.
In that case what kind of explanation can we give so that the visa officer will approve our student visa. I'm applying for a one year program, I used to work but not now so I want to study. Can you give a suggestion how can I get the visa.

Just provide your information honestly on your application. Don't try to make unsubstantiated claims. The visa officers are not fools, they are well experienced and they process thousands of applications a month. They can straightaway tell by looking the application if your a genuine applicant or not very easily.

Then we can't tell that we want to live in Canada, even though if we don't have intension to live there how can we prove that we will leave Canada after education. Even though if we are honest how can the VO understand. Is it by age or education level, if it is how does he filter and how can I explain them that I need only education.

If you just needed the education, why do you need to travel halfway across the world and spend thousands of dollars? The visa officer will wonder why and it makes absolutely no sense to your education. What kind of school and course did you choose? Aree you picking a good university like UofT or McGill? or is it a degree mill suggested by your immigration consultant?

Yes, exactly that's what I also think like that. I hve been working as network engineer for past 6 years. In a medium level company, I need to gain more knowledge and explore. Which I can't get that hear. So I'm taking cybersecurity program for a year. So it would help to build a carrier with more options.

Still, your choice of studies and course is weak and your education and experience background does not convince to the visa officer that you are a genuine student.

No PG Diploma. Cybersecurity one year program.
You have 6 years of experience and are flying half way around the world for a PG program likely from an unknown college. I think that is the problem. Most PG program students have <3 years work experience. If you were applying for a Master's then you would have a much greater chance.

I'm not getting the skill and guidance hear, and I can't find proper workshops. So how can I convince VO to approve my visa.
