Two of more degrees. However, make sure that your Canadian diploma is recognised. However be very careful. This would be helpful http://canlii.ca/t/gg4h3

If neither diploma is evaluated as three years or more then they can't claim points for two or more degrees.
See https://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?qnum=1129&top=29

To get full points for having more than 1 credential:

  • at least 1 of the credentials must be for a program of 3 or more years in length
  • you need a valid educational credential assessment (ECA) for each credential
That is why I stated, the length of the program is essential and thus provide the relevant case.

Neither of OP's programs was 3 or more years in length according to their ECA.
The OP hasn't posted the exact language from his ECA, and this is why I have provide the link to the case that provides the exact law on point.

What the ECA mens can be found at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/education-assessed/read-report.html

OP can simply enter his credential from the ECA and see what dropdown to select. However, once again, it will all boil down to whether the Canadian credentials are recognised.

@scylla - I also have 2 years PG certificate from Canadian institution
Doesn't change the answer. Neither of your programs are 3 years or greater in length.
