PR card renewal

HI. My PR card has expired in july 2020.But I have applied for renewal in March 19th 2020. It was received March 23rd 2020. But till now I have not receive the card. I have also send them message by web form.But the told me it's not in the system yet. What I need to do.i send them the proof of delevery ,payment receipt also.plz i need your suggestions .

I have one question. On CIC portal, its written that PR card is renewed for 5 year but it sometimes renewed for 1 year also.

Under what circumstances its renewed for 1 year ?

I mean to ask why 1 year not 5 years ?

Generally the 1 year renewal is for situations where IRCC has refused to renew PR because someone has not met the residency requirement and the person has appealed this decision.

Wait times for PR card renewals are in the 100+ days these days.
