Rahul,
I am in same boat. Please clarify below questions,
1. I am working in same company from last 10 years and I worked in USA, India and Canada. Shall I get reference letter in same letter by referring dates and location with roles and responsibilities?
2.Did you included one year offer details in reference letter or in offer letter. I have offer letter which I got for my extension which is valid till March 2021.Please help me
I have a doubt. I got offer letter in 2018 & than LMIA, Work permit and visa when out of canada and finally joined job in Apr2019. My Workpermit was renewed again in Nov2019 and it has same company name as well. Job offer mentions "full time, "indefinite employment".Hi - I think your letter should say following
You have been with this company since ......xxxxx and been working on closed work permit as full time employee and than talk about offer.
My employer stated that -
mr. xxxx has been transferred permanently from this country to our office in Canada. He is working here as full time employee and we have extended his offer by one year to end in November 2021 in anticipation of him getting PR in September 2020. This letter was given to me back February this year and my AoR is march.
My eligibility was passed and my gcms notes says that my job offer was considered as offer for indeterminate period.
I also added my eccperience letters from various offices I served for current company outside Canada.
My company also added post receiving PR we will consider offering permanent offer to mr. xxxx
The above wording were added after discussing with immigration lawyers.
I got CEC ITA. My offer letter says "full time, indefinite duration" and I am already working since Apr2019. My HR issues a employment letter saying its full-time, permanent role. There is no expiry date etc mentioned in my offer letter or HR letter. Is that mandatory or above mention of indefinite employment and full-time permanent role is good enoughYour offer letter MUST include job duties and am expiry date. If both of these weren't present on the job offer letter, you can't appeal this decision. You have to get another job offer that stated these two things then reapply.

ABC is a full time, permanent employee earning an annual salary of $XXXXX; in addition to

tailoring functions of the company.
Job duties and responsibilities includes:
My duties,
If you require any additional information, please do not hesitate to contact the undersigned.
Sincerely,
My General Manager's details
Is this good ?
if my offer letter itself says "offer for indeterminate period." than do we need to show its valid for 1year+?. Its says indeterminate duration in offer letter in 2018 and current letter of employement says full time, permanent.Hi - I think your letter should say following

Indeterminate clearly isn't specific. Try to get one that stated clearly how long you were employed for.if my offer letter itself says "offer for indeterminate period." than do we need to show its valid for 1year+?. Its says indeterminate duration in offer letter in 2018 and current letter of employement says full time, permanent.
With this sentence ( "offer for indeterminate period."), your PR application may get refused and you cannot appeal since it dooesnot have the sentence expected by CIC.if my offer letter itself says "offer for indeterminate period." than do we need to show its valid for 1year+?. Its says indeterminate duration in offer letter in 2018 and current letter of employement says full time, permanent.
I will share an employument letter which will tell i am working as full time, permanent role since 1.4years now in same job. So that will tell its full time thing. Only issue is they won't be comfortable to say after PR 1year job we will give as any company can't write such assurances in writing i feel in unstable times..Indeterminate clearly isn't specific. Try to get one that stated clearly how long you were employed for.
yes its LMIA job offer, so i feel it shud be ok for 50points. Only issue is they want offer letter to say 1year from PR. When i came on job here, i wasn't asking them to write offer letter as per PR requirements as that time I was not thinking about same. The working experience in CEC doesn't need to be continuous, the job offer you are talking about sounds like for LMIA which you can claim for extra 50 points.
