I have applied for a co-op Work permit in Jan (inside Canada) and still waiting for their reply. Whenever I called them or contact them via webform for the last three weeks, they say it is still in the processing stage. I have also received an offer letter. Has anyone applied in Jan received their co-op Work permit or does anyone know how to fast track the application if possible?

I talked with someone over twitter. He mentioned that he applied on 10th Jan and the Client support centre also mentioned that his co-op permit was approved on 25th July. He has not received an approval letter yet. Don't know when they will print work permits and mail them to us?

Is it showing approved in your account? Could you please confirm,if it is showing approved for him in the online account. WIth this we could atleast mail our employers with snapshots

No. For both of us, It is not showing approved on our end. That's the main concern. Because it will show approved once they upload the approval letter and mail the permit.

Thats really scary..i think we have paid biometrics fees right, may be they are sending our cheques ..

If possible try reaching out to IRCC again, check with them again. Now as the application is approved, they might speed up

I called them today. They mentioned the same thing that It can be soon or not depending upon the officer. I requested a lot to get a kind of hope or confirmation for the timeline. But she keeps on mentioning the same thing. I will wait till Friday and call back again.
