Thanks
What does it say about your security? As it is blank, does it mean it is passed?I have analyzed one more case for CEC -Inland : kate.tingchunlin said:

IRCC is obligated to release the GCMS notes within 30 days as per section 7 of the Access to Information Act. Currently, IRCC is releasing them within 7 -20 days for most request.Hi,
How long does it take to get a response to GCMS/ATIP nowadays? There are many different timelines on the forum from the past.
Thanks
Thank you.IRCC is obligated to release the GCMS notes within 30 days as per section 7 of the Access to Information Act. Currently, IRCC is releasing them within 7 -20 days for most request.
When we get the GCMS report, let's say in 20 days, which day's notes will be provided to us, the records of a day that is in the middle of these 20 days, or the notes just before the 20th day or a day's records close to our application date?Thank you.
It's in the first few days of when IRCC receives the request for the GCMS notes, we are seeing the notes also being generated on the day the request is received itself. IRCC processes orders only during regular business hours, Eastern Time. That means processing of orders received by IRCC outside of operating hours or the weekend will begin the following business day. You can see more FAQ's hereWhen we get the GCMS report, let's say in 20 days, which day's notes will be provided to us, the records of a day that is in the middle of these 20 days, or the notes just before the 20th day or a day's records close to our application date?
Thanks in advance.

Most welcome, if you are inland you can request it for free.Thank you, very clear.
The GCMS notes are usually generated a few days after the request is filed. It can even be the same day as the date of the request, but will depend on a case by case basis. The date of generation is listed at the bottom of each page. It is as on the date of generation that your application looked like is captured in the GCMS notes. When we get the GCMS report, let's say in 20 days, which day's notes will be provided to us, the records of a day that is in the middle of these 20 days, or the notes just before the 20th day or a day's records close to our application date?
