Raised 3 web forms.. every time got generic response that they are working on my application. My wife landed on 9 June, her card is already approved and was mailed couple of days back.
Wow that just makes no sense :(
Are they processing last in first out ? :(

At least your wife got her card. Landed end of April, still nothing here too..

Hey, I’m actually in the middle of this at the moment. I’ve booked my shipping through a shipping broker named secureship.ca. They offer cheaper rates. You only need your own envelope and a printed shipping label, since they don’t provide these. Their reviews are good, and your shipment is still handled by UPS/DHL/FedEx etc.

I’ve also tried similar shipping brokers, i.e. eShipper, their rates are even better but sadly my foreign credit card hasn’t work with them. Furthermore, I’ve contacted NetParcel and ShipTime but they don’t ship to some countries.

Please note that due to COVID-19 many carriers do not guarantee their service delivery times these days.

Above I’ve given my first hand experience so far, but I also know for a fact that many people send their PR cards by express courier services without any issues.
Thanks!
Please update this thread once you get your card in hand :)

Hi thanks for your reply.. I have linked my application but not able to link my husband’s. He is the dependent and his place of birth on passport is SALEM TAMIL NADU and in COPR it is Salem. Have tried all combo but not able to link it.Have raised multiple web forms but still no resolution.
sometimes the applications can't be linked. We could link my spouses application, but could not link mine. Both of us got our card on the same day.

Exactly! All of offices are working except Ottawa!!! Sent photo+COPR on June 23rd and still NOTHING! :/
I have the same situation with my CoPR in early May at Ottawa office. It is highly possible that things will ago according to the 128-130 days processing time especially for that office. This period should reduce accordingly with time due to the big gap that occurred between mid-March and early May.
