Organise Work experience documents

Hello guys,

I really need help in arranging my work experience documents, if you could please help I'd really appreciate.

Now, I have 3 years of work experience and have attained all the documents needed which I will list below. As we know, we have to merge and attach one document for work experience, how can I best attach these and exclude which is not necessary to include.

1. Reference letter mentioning all my roles and responsibilities on the company letterhead with all other details are included.
2. I have all the payslips for the 3 years, how to include these? or just not include all? really confused
3. Bank statements, for all months available.
4. Company offer letter
5. Company relieving letter.


And in the LOE, should I include any information related to my work experience? if yes what could that be?

If I include all, then it would just be a big file with many pages and might make their job difficult. Could anyone help me here?

Normally one 1. above is required. Payslips for 3 years? Absolutely not. Bank statements? No . . . Offer letter? For past employment . . . no, company relieving letter? No idea what that means, but if it means a letter for when you left the company that would be covered in No. 1 so . . . only No. 1 above.

So to summarise, you advice just to add point number 1! Okay. What all shall I use to support the document 1 from below?

At least a few last payslips?
Bank statements are those that confirm the salary was being credited, so you advice not to upload this?
Yes, relieving letter I can ignore, it mentions same info contained in document 1.
I just had one job for a period of three years, so should I include the offer letter too coz this was the only job?

I worked in 4 different companies. so i wrote (below) LOE for every company.
LOE is just letting the Visa Officer know about the list of document that i added below.
(merged all documents into a single PDF) - applicable documents.

I know the 2nd one, my employer provided all the information on the company letterhead, roles as responsibilities, all designations, hours, salary, DOJ AND DOL, etc.

For your case, second is enough ( 2. Roles and Responsibilities – provided by Employer (CIC expected format) )

For my case, I have 15 years experience. My first company provided only Service Letter in 2010. (without Roles/Responsibilities). so for my case i uploaded both Service letter and the detailed letter(which i received from my employer later).
