NOC Code for Proposal Engineer

Hi,

I am a Proposal Engineer at an Offshore Construction Company. My Roles include

Contribution to management of technical and commercial bid preparation and submission to clients.
Analyze tender requests and support in ensuring the bids are approved by management
Contribute to the management of the tender process.
Preparing a responsibility matrix, selecting tender project management team for all required documents
Compile and updated all the tender documents
Coordinate the participation in project worksite visits/inspections
collaborate with project control department in obtaining a project schedule and project control plan as required for the tender
collaborate with the different departments in obtaining necessary tender documents including QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, Construction, Planning, and Engineering

My background is Chemical Engineering.

I am considering using 1221 or 6221. Could anyone please advise?

Hi, sorry for the very late response. If it doesn't help you it might help someone else. For my role as a Proposal Engineer, I used 6221 Technical sales specialist and I used 1221 for my role as a Project Control Engineer. I got my CoPR Jan 2021.
