Complete Co-op and then graduate 3-year bachelor degree, what's the effect on PGWP???

Hello All,

My school offers co-op for 4-year honors degree program only. My question is, what if a student completes the co-op, and then decides to graduate with a 3-year non-honors degree?

As we all know, a student (w/ co-op work permit) is considered in full-time status while on co-op. Will that degree change harm the full-time status?

If anyone has done so, could you please share your experience and how your PGWP application went?

Generally you can count co-op periods toward a future PGWP as it was a part of your course.

Should be fine as long as you are not part time in any of your semesters barring your last

Waiting on my school's reply now. But you made a good point about part time. That's a big no-no
