Order gcms notes and do not apply again without understanding the reason.

Never give up . Don't let the VO shutter your dreams.
Order GCMS notes, study the VO's notes and address each concern raised by him/her.

NB: After meeting the basic eligibility requirements, SOP is the only document that mostly lead to approval.
I always call it **Magic SOP**. I know many people who got approval after four refusals.

First order GCMS notes and share it when received. I'll assist you to draft a strong SOP.

When you are in a situation like this, you wouldn't understand unless you calm down.

Give yourself a break and order the GCMS notes. I believe this time around the VO will leave notes on the reason why your application was refused. After reading the notes you will clearly understand the refusal reasons, thereafter, you can reapply with letter of justification/rebuttal.

Don't be too frustrated because you can do it in your last shot. Just do what is deemed necessary in the meantime and expect good news shortly.

idk whts wrong with HC these days they even rejected 2 students for not uploading deferral POA but before they used to email and ask to upload the deferral POA I am worried about my financial documents as I heard it only has validity of 3 months.

8 years experience and going for diploma could be what they mean by proposed study reason. You already have a lot of experience, a diploma can't possibly give you more I guess. Atleast that's what I read in some forum. Check the notes for pin pointing the reason
