Send a document which was missing in the citizenship application that is not yet processed

I see, I will send a new application with a letter of explication.With this covid 19 mess you could wait up to 6 or more months to receive your application back as imcomplete.

Yeah, I think the safest way would be to send a new application which includes the certificate AND the transcript.

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I included the certificate but not the transcript.

You don't need to worry, last year one of my friend only sent his degree only without a transcript and he never got his application returned for missing documents, btw he is citizen now.
