AIP is usually right before you get PR so inland applicants may be able to apply around a month early.

No that is is very different.

AIP is only granted with inland applications. OP applied outland. So no AIP and consequently why she needs to wait until she has PR.

People can certainly try. This would also only save a short period of time since, like AIP, this would come right before approval.

Yes, and we still do, it's just taken out of taxes our employers pay (many used to pay the MSP anyways) and general income taxes. Much like every other province.

Yes, I am aware we still pay for MSP indirectly.

But BC has partial pharmacare whereas as others have no Rx coverage.

Not everyone/every drug are eligible for pharmacare.

Most provinces have no pharmacare especially for adults. Ontario only recenlty got pharamcare for children.
