SINP OID

Hello Everyone ,
I did my bachelor of commerce in India ( distance Education later i got my WES , in the report they mentioned Major/Specialization as Business Administration and Canadian Equivalency as Bachelors Degree ( 3 Yrs ) .. Now planning to apply for NOC 1311 Accounting Technician in OID .. will there be any impact on the process with regards to ECA Report ?

Ty for reply .. Regarding claiming 20 points for SINP , i did Bachelors of Commerce in India and later did a One yr certification course in Canada .. its one yr full time and later came back to India.. Now i got my WES for Bachelors for which i claim 20 Points .. My question is , highest should be taken or bachelors is enough ? if i take one yr certification , i wont be having enough points to apply SINP .

Bachelor gives you 20 points. You should present both but claim you have bachelor.
