Ontario tech draw went very low last year for CRSs. The 1 August 2019 draw was minimum 435. I wonder if it's that low again.

Unlikely. They essentially pick the number they’ve decided (1,000-1,500 or so) and go backward from the last cutoff score in the regular draw and invites their target NOCs. Last year the pool was so thin that they had to drop that low to fill their quota. Nowadays, it wouldn’t be more than 15-18 points or so backwards from 478.

For oinp to go this low, I believe they suspect that fsw will resume fully soon and crs will plummet, hence the rush to quickly pick the best off the pool. Just my thought

When OINP conduct tech draws, do they look into how many years of experience you need in your tech-related NOC? There's nothing on their website that indicates a minimum number of work experience

Not sure if eligible if you just entered the pool today. I thought IRCC and Province do a cutoff a day or two before.

Maybe the reason of the IRCC website to be down for maintenance was for this draw..
