So I guess it's best to doublr check everything before submitting.Just to add that many people still do not seem to understand that misrepresentation can happen should someone use an immigration agent who either incorrectly completes an application on the applicants behalf or misleads either intentionally or unintentionally. Ultimately whether agent acts on their behalf or not it will always come back to the fact it is the responsibility of the immigration applicant to ensure an application is true and accurate, it is not after all the agent who is applying to immigrate
Yes - it's your responsibility (not the consultant's) to confirm all documents and information are accurate.
