Yesterday i filled the IRCC web case enquiry form. Is there any auto generated mail that comes back regarding the query submission confirmation?

Ya I did it today, received nothing as acknowledgment.

For ircc to reply it takes 5 working days

I raised webform three times. Every time i got reply within 3 days.

Great - I received a confirmation from them within three days as well.

I received GCMS notes and from what I've noticed, suppose if you are sending them a document, they do update it and don't reply to it. That was the case for me and perhaps that's the case for you as well.
