Yes Birth certificate is mandatory document for pr of canada (must be translated in English if it is have other languages)

Next step would be Biometrics which is usually accompanied with AOr if you have payed for it upfront.

AR is nothing but the tracking number of courier you sent to IRCC. AOR is the letter/mail you received from IRCC.

Hence, the time when your courier conveys that your documents were delivered, it is your AR. The date on which you receive IRCC mail is your AOR

That person is under PNP-Inland Ontario, AR on Apr 26, 2020, AOR on Jun 4, 2020 and MR on Jun 5, 2020. He is way faster than most of others.

yes they would continue to process your application, i also received BIL in march but my application shows i have passed eligibility,passed criminality check, passed medicals, info sharing still in progress and security check not started

How does medical pass on Jun/5? It looks EE. OINP has several EE program which merges with PNP.

Good point, this guy could be in EE, then there is no AOR recently in both trackers.
