Dear All,

Thank you for reading this post, I have a query if some one can help me to answer it.

-Left Canada on 25th May 2017 for good.(Applied for Bridging work permit and PR in April 2017 before leaving Canada)
-Open work permit got approved.
- Open work Permit - 15th July 2017 to 15th July 2018.
-PR got approved on 20th July 2017
-Landed in Canada as PR on 13th November 2017

I have 2 questions,
1. During Physical calculation should I add this work permit in temporary resident status in Canada ( As i was away during this work permit I would be putting this in my vacation days too)
2. If Yes, should I put 15th July 2017 to 12th November 2017? As I became PR on 13th Nov 2017.

You can only put days you were physically in Canada. You say you left Canada for good in May 2017, when did you return to Canada?

I returned on 12th Nov 2017.

I have added my temporary resident status 15th July 2017 to 12th Nov 2017
and I also have added vacation - 25th May 2017 to 12th Nov 2017

If you were not in Canada from 25 May to 12 Nov, you cannot count those days as being in Canada. Not as a temporary resident, not as anything.

I am not counting,
In physical Presence calculator, There is a section where you have to list all temporary status which we hold.
There I have mentioned 15th July 2017 to 12th Nov 2017.( original work permit 15th July 2017 to 15th July 2018. 12th Nov landed as PR)

Then there is a section where you have to input our time away from canada
There I have mentioned Vacation 25th May 2017 to 12th Nov 2017
